My wonder lady

My wonder lady

You are like her today,
On hearing this, I feel on skies
I grew admiring you,
The way you look, the way you work.
I wondered,
How you knew what I feel,
At my wink.
My wonder lady.
In whatever state you are,
You smile for me,
Making me up walking.
For a small wound,
I bring down the earth,
Where, you held the pain at my birth,
Oh my wonder lady.
You are my source and my sink,
My thought and ink.
You taught me all, that I am today
Showed me the world,
Lifted me at every stage,
Grew in me the courage,
To outrage the limits,
To make history in every page.
My wonder lady,
I wish to be like you one day.

On his hands

On his hands

Hope I was a kid forever
On my dad’s hand.
Who would get me everything I want,
Making me laugh, showing the growing teeth.
Hope I was a kid forever.
Away from world’s mess
Where nothing could hurt or make me cry.
Happily enjoying under his shelter,
None other than me, for him matters.
Walking and running around his legs,
I wonder how tall he is !
Hope I was a kid forever.
Making him do what I want,
From ploughing to building house,
He runs behind me,
Never says no and stands beside me.
Planting and watering the plants,
I enjoyed it grow.
Hope I was a kid forever.
I was the ruler of all,
The little princess forever in his arms.
My joy was limitless,
When I see things from his shoulder,
Happily touring for hours.
Hope I was a kid forever.
Hearing and admiring his stories,
For all I know, he planted thoughts in my mind, Listening to them,
I slowly close my eyes.
He made me smile even when I was asleep.

Hope I was a kid forever in his hands.

The Strongest Knot

The Strongest Knot

The knot that we tie,
Even when we are at distance,
Making this bond,
Bonded forever.
Different minds united at heart,
All in different trains united at infinity.
Carrying the memories of ours days together,
At a distance of hand,
Now distributed by distance of land.
Closing my eyes to see you,
Again near my hand,
Feeling the joy and fight we had ,
Laughing at all heavy moments,
Making it light at the very second.
Opening my eyes and stretching hand,
To find u dear.
Sending this rakhi tied with these lines,
Wanting to see you near.

Me and my found

Me and My found

With nobody around,
Me alone,
With time to dance,
And hop along.
It’s fun feeling up & down at once,
Enjoying the mood,
And sound aloud.
With the thought,
And touch of pen in hand.
Eyes looking at the sky,
The time I started writing down.
I was 12 then and 24 now.
It’s always me and my found,
Spending time together.

My Window

My Window

In life there should be spice,
With rise and few cries,
We balance our size.
With lot of thoughts coming in,
We actually grow and shrink.
And sometime blink,
Looking at the chunk,
We learn before our ship sink.
The view of my world,
Can be known only through my eyes bold.
Which is priceless,
Can never be told or sold.
Only few knew its value,
How beautiful is this view,
Which is only mine and forever new.
Believe me,
Try to see this world through your eyes and view.
You will see your world all NEW.

Stopped

STOPPED

My heart is beating hard,
Asking me to work hard.
My mind saying it’s time to halt,
Trying to repair its fault.
With constant conflict between art and thought.
Unable to decide,
Which to win over the other.
Freezing the present,
And trying to fix it all.
My heart beats high and falls,
A stirring jet into head,
Trying to find, the instead.
In the mind I am now,
Who I am and how,
A voice within, stops me for now.
